Such an odd name, right? BUT they didn’t disappoint!

I made these last night excluding the coconut flakes.  My 13yo isn’t a fan of coconut flakes.  I refrigerated them overnight and tried them this morning.  Refrigerating is key to no-bake bars and balls to avoid the crumble factor.  Please note the directions excludes the step of adding the coconut oil.  I recommend adding it into the food processor mixture.  I used a 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds (rather than 1/4 cup).  I really liked the crunch they provided.  I used an ice cream scoop to measure out portions to form into balls in attempt have a somewhat consistent size per ball.  I ended up with 19 balls which is approximately 110 calories per ball.
