A few weeks ago I had planned to make this version of Greek Turkey Burgers w/ Yogurt Sauce. At game time I realized two things: I didn’t have any mint and I wasn’t sure if I thought mint in ground turkey sounded appealing to me.  So, I made up my own version and made it a meatloaf rather than burgers. I also got lazy and opted not to make the Tzatziki when I saw that Cedar’s makes it when I was at the store that day. SCORE!

Here’s what I did:

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg
1/2 TBS oregano
1/2 cup feta cheese
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, put mixture in oven safe dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until it has reached 165 degrees.
