I’m SO SAD that after this week we are half way through Summer. Sniff… Make the most of every minute, because unlike Winter, it’s over in a flash!
No cooking Friday and Saturday evening. We are home this weekend, but hope to try out a new restaurant in town, Nosh & Grog, one night and the other TBD.
Sunday: Grilled Steak (from Walden Local Meat), grilled corn, tomato/basil/motz with homemade balsamic vinaigrette (1/3 cup olive oil, 3 TBS balsamic vinegar, 1 TBS mustard)
Tuesday: Prepared food selection from Brother’s Market on the way to soccer game
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Sausage, Zucchini, Tomatoes & Feta – PALEO *If you exclude the feta*
Thursday: Farmer’s Market!
