It’s my birthday weekend and I’m not cooking! So there! 😉 It’s also my nephew’s first birthday Monday. Lots of family fun on the calendar. Between the celebrations and some other obligations, there isn’t a whole lot of official cooking worth sharing next week.
Here are two things I’m making:
source Chicken Pizza “Calzones”: I’m planning to stuff whole wheat pitas with shredded rotisserie chicken, Rao’s marinara and some mozzarella cheese. You can also add sautéed peppers and/or onions to increase the vegetable quotient. I’ll serve a salad on the side.
