Last night we tried a new recipe for Lemon Chicken & Spaghetti Squash. Very easy and super healthy! A winning combination!

I really like this kind of meal because you can have high volume for low calories. Who wants to have a small meal and still be hungry, am I right?! Personally, that makes me an unhappy and frustrated gal. Check out this article I wrote on this topic: Go Ahead, Eat Away!

Time Saver Tips: I used rotisserie chicken rather than chicken breast. I topped some shredded to the each serving. You can also make the spaghetti squash the night prior. Those two things would probably make this a 20 minutes to prepare meal.
