Sunday I returned from a quick weekend in FL where I visited with parents. When I returned home Sunday afternoon I went straight to Whole Foods to do my weekly grocery shopping and then met my family for dinner. Dinner out seemed a far better idea than cooking! Doesn’t it always?! 😉

As it turns out, it looks like I won’t actually be cooking much this week. Last night I went out for dinner with some running club girl friends to celebrate a birthday. Thursday we will be heading north for the long weekend. Only two nights of cooking! Excellent!
