go to link Folks, it doesn’t have to be complicated to make a healthy dinner. It doesn’t need to be time consuming or require a recipe. Tonight only my 13yo and I were home for dinner and I whipped up something so simple: roasted broccoli & sautéed shrimp in Rao’s marinara (Paleo & GF).
Here’s what else I’m cooking this week:
Baked Chicken & Cauliflower Rice (Paleo & GF): Going to give this new recipe a try excluding the green olives. I like them, but no one else in the house does. 🙁
Grilled Chicken Sausage, Zucchini, Tomatoes & Feta (Paleo & GF): I have a copy of this recipe from a Whole Foods flyer from many years ago. I looked it up on-line to provide a link, but I can’t locate it. You basically grilled the sausage and separately in a grill basket mix the zucchini, tomatoes, basil. Once both are cooked you combine them with feta. The recipe also called for orzo pasta, but I’ll skip that. I’ll offer the family some brown rice instead.
